Week 9, assignments 1 and 2

I read the articles and watched the video. Book trailers can be very entertaining, but I don't see much use for them when conducting reader's services on the public floor. There isn't usually enough time to show a customer a book trailer when you're making recommendations. I think they are useful, however, for familiarizing yourself with materials and being able to make better recommendations when working with customers.
